Job Description
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Data Searching: Searching data related to potential clients and opportunities.
- Enquiry Generation: Generation of enquiries through various channels.
- Cold Calling: Cold Calling to Clients for Enquiry Generation and Understanding Their Needs.
- Mailing: Mailing the Company Profile and the Introduction Email to Client to Create Enquiries.
- Appointment Setting: Fixing Appointment with Clients and Informing to the Senior Team Once the Appointment Has Been Fixed.
- Customer Interaction: Working Closely with Customers to Identify Their Water & Wastewater Treatment, Environmental and Business Needs.
- Opportunity Development: Develop New Opportunities Through Lead Generation, Relationship Building, Networking and Cold Calling.
- Follow-up: Follow-up Consistently and Deliver Accurate Client/project Status Reports On Demand to Management Team.
- Payment Coordination: Coordinating with Client for Payment On Successfully Delivered or Completed the Job.
- Product Explanation: Explaining Customers Over Telephone of the Products and Services Offered By the Company and Understanding Their Specifications Of requirements.
- Order Processing: Taking and Processing of Product Orders in a Professional Manner.
- Database Management: Maintaining the Database of the Customers On a Regular Basis
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Salary: 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
Industry: ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree
