Job Overview:

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executives to join our remote team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our FMCG, skincare, and beauty care products and compensation plans, and driving sales for our e-commerce platform AuraEMart.com. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships and converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers, especially those seeking work-from-home opportunities, to introduce and promote our products.
• Product Presentation: Clearly explain product offerings, benefits, and the company’s compensation structure to interested candidates.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into customers through effective communication and persuasive skills.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress. Share feedback and insights with the management team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies, share insights, and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is beneficial. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. 1 year (Preferred) in Recruiting, Telemarketing, or MLM Marketing
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
  • Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and e-commerce platforms.
  • Self-motivated with good time-management skills.
• Other Requirements: Open to candidates aged 18 to 50 years. All genders are encouraged to apply. Comfortable with flexible work schedules.
• Language: Hindi (Required). English (Preferred).
