Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. As a key member of the sales team, you will help contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to generate sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers using the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively engage customers over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
