• Answer Queries: Provide information about products, pricing, and company policies.
• Persuade Prospects: Demonstrate product benefits to encourage purchase.

Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

• Follow Up: Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
