As a Telesales Executive at Fastech Machinery Private Limited, your primary responsibility is to engage potential customers over the phone, generate quality leads, and convert them into sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our premium light construction equipment and understanding their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers via cold calling, follow-up calls, and responding to inbound inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Present and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our light construction equipment, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively close deals by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, processing orders, and following up on post-sale issues.
Skills & Qualities Needed:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
- High energy, self-motivation, and results-driven
- Prior experience in telesales or sales is a plus
