Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Build a strong relationship with customers by understanding the customer requirements.
- Explaining the project details.
- Making follow – up calls and fixing appointments by encouraging them for site visits.
- Handling the customer queries.
- Responsible for giving the right information about the product to all the prospective clients.
- To handle leads and convert them.
- Coordinate with the sales team for each lead.
- Follow up for the prospective customer.
- Line up visit with the sales team.
- Regular reporting to the reporting manager.

Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience in the real estate industry required.
Desirable Candidate:
- Female candidates only.
- The candidate should have good communication skills.
- She should have basic knowledge of computers.
Salary Package:
₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
Education Qualification:
- 12th or Graduate.
