We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our range of skin and hair care treatments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with skin and hair care products or services is a plus.

Pay: ₹19,286.35 – ₹29,859.08 per month
