Telesales Executive (Night Shift)
The Telesales Executive (Night Shift) is responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work effectively during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to sell products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain call quality standards.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM software.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
