Responsibilities:

• Use inbound and outbound calls to persuade customers to buy.
• Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services.
• Contact current and potential customers to inform them about products and services.
• Understand customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
