Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information to clients.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM systems regularly.
- Explain products or services clearly and confidently to customers.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversions.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets and sales goals.
