Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to prospective clients through cold calling to identify potential buyers and sellers interested in real estate.
- Qualifying Leads: Asking probing questions to understand customer needs, budget, and property requirements to assess their suitability for available listings.
- Presenting Property Information: Providing detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, location, and neighborhood details.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating property viewings by setting up appointments between potential clients and sales agents.
- Following Up with Leads: Maintaining communication with potential clients through email and phone calls to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Updating customer information and tracking lead progress within the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate information clearly, confidently, and persuasively over the phone.
- Active Listening: Effectively listening to customer needs and concerns to tailor presentations accordingly.
- Salesmanship: Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into qualified buyers and sellers.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of local market conditions, property types, and real estate regulations.
- Persistence: Ability to overcome objections and maintain positive interactions even when facing resistance.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer data and track sales progress
