Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Telesales representative with at least 2 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
• ✅ Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
• ✅ Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
• ✅ Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
• ✅ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• ✅ Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services.
• ✅ Work with the sales team to close deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
• ✔ Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi.
• ✔ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• ✔ Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• ✔ High school diploma or graduate degree preferred
