Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Manage customer objections and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer responses, trends, and competitor activities.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance strategies and improve the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to offer relevant solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels, including email campaigns, referrals, and social media.
- Process sales orders, handle administrative tasks, and ensure timely follow-through on customer inquiries.
