Job Overview: We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage the sales process within the D2C E-commerce sector (specifically, Pet Care). The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and prior experience in sales. The role involves customer engagement, data collection, upselling, and follow-ups to enhance customer retention.

Scope of Work:

• 1st Call – Feedback & Data Collection: Gather details about the pet, focusing on weight and age.
• 2nd Call – Nudge & Upsell: Encourage the customer to purchase by highlighting product benefits.
• 3rd Call – Restock Reminder: Follow up to remind customers to restock their supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with pet owners, understand their needs, and educate them about products.
• Collect and maintain accurate customer data for better personalization.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into buyers.
• Address customer concerns and provide the right recommendations.
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer retention through timely reminders.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Keep records of all interactions in CRM for tracking and analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish customer trust.
• Prior experience in D2C E-commerce or pet-related products is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
