Introduction: We are “Jindal Power Corporation”, a leading supplier of Town lighting, Electrical Power Distribution and Control Systems. It is originated from its parent company “Jindal Sons” established in 1982 with the specific understanding to meet the demands of the growing market.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a dedicated Tele caller to join our team and assist us in improving our customer service and sales.
- The Tele caller’s responsibilities include answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls to prospective customers, and documenting customer inquiries.
- Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, able to handle calls promptly and professionally.
- They should be comfortable presenting products over the phone and dealing with customer objections.
- Ultimately, a successful Tele caller should be able to convert potential leads into customers, and contribute to achieving the team’s sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation in any stream.
- B. Tech Mechanical works wonder.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch
- Computer knowledge-Word and Excel.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Organizational and time management skills.
