We are seeking enthusiastic Telecallers with excellent communication skills and proven customer handling abilities to join our team at ACSSEL INFOTECH PVT LTD.

• Responsibilities:
• Professionally call potential or existing customers to inform them about our services using our database.
• Answer questions about the services offered by the company.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and other relevant customer information.
• Schedule appointments via telephone and successfully close leads.

Requirements:

• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent Customer Handling abilities
• Ability to close leads professionally

Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
