Collegehai, a leading educational platform, is looking for dynamic and results-driven Telecallers to join our expanding team in Noida.
This role is pivotal in connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational aspirations, and facilitating their journey towards higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 300-400 outbound calls daily, engaging with students to gather critical information.
- Assess student needs, including desired courses, colleges, and budget constraints (₹15,000 – ₹20,000 range).
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and data within our CRM system.
- Effectively communicate program information and address student inquiries.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in both Hindi and English (verbal communication).
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity (preferred).
- Prior telecalling experience is advantageous.
- Commitment to working from our Noida office, 6 days a week.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
