Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Telecaller to join our team at our Gurgaon office. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in lead generation. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
• Introduce and promote the university’s services to clients.
• Answer queries and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
• Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and clients for further engagement.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all client interactions.
• Address customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to improve call strategies.
• Keep up to date with the company’s products and services to accurately inform clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (undergraduate/graduate preferred).
• Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and basic office applications (Microsoft Office).
• Good listening skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
• Positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role.
