Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in the service industry for selling insurance policies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell policies.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy details, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi and English
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Basic computer knowledge to manage CRM tools and data entry. - Education: Minimum 12th pass, Graduate
- Work Mode: Available for both Work from Home and Office.
