Job Title: Telecaller – Student Placement Facilitation (Remote)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Remote Telecaller to connect with colleges and universities across India. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our student placement facilitation services, explain the benefits, and collect student data for recruitment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to colleges and universities to inform them about our placement services.
- Effectively communicate how we can assist in student placements and address any inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells and administration teams.
- Obtain student data from institutions and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up regularly with institutions to ensure long-term engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and responses.
- Coordinate with the internal team for seamless student recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or client relationship management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of student placements and recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and provide convincing responses.
- Proficiency in maintaining call records and handling data responsibly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Stable internet connection and a personal laptop or mobile device for remote work.

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Performance-Based)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
