Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecaller with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation, customer engagement, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate properties.
- Respond to inquiries about property listings and provide detailed information to clients.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and timely information.
- Schedule and follow up on property viewings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth closure of deals.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions to ensure a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a telecaller, with a focus on real estate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local real estate markets, property types, and industry trends.
- Personality: Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
