We are seeking diligent and results-oriented Collection Telecallers to join our team in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding dues while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to remind them of payment obligations.
• Understand customers’ financial situations and negotiate payment plans or settlements, as needed.
• Document all interactions with customers in the database accurately.
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely resolution of delinquent accounts.
• Address customer concerns or disputes related to their outstanding dues and provide proper resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed monthly collection targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
