Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities for international clients, particularly in North American and European markets.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently while adhering to company sales processes and procedures.
- Provide product information to potential customers and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for reaching international markets.
- Report sales activities and performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in US market sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Ability to work in a night shift/US shift.
- Target-oriented with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in B2C international sales.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques for international markets.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
