Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers via voice or chat support channels.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Maintain and record data of every interaction in the system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English required.
- 12th pass or Graduates both can be considered.
- Both freshers & Experienced can apply.
- Prior experience in a voice/chat customer service or support role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
- Comfortable with Immediate Joining.
