Job Overview
Gabson Infotech is looking for a Software Testing Engineer / ERP Support Executive to handle ERP implementation, customer support, and software training for clients. The role involves working directly with customers to install ERP systems, provide training, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and implement ERP software at client locations.
- Provide ERP and software training to customers and staff members.
- Handle customer support queries and resolve software-related issues.
- Assist clients with ERP implementation processes and troubleshooting.
- Work with SQL databases and generate reports when required.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth software usage and support.
- Prepare documentation and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Support customers with day-to-day ERP operational challenges.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and reporting.
- Good understanding of ERP software implementation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide technical training and client support.
