Your Role & Responsibilities
As an E-commerce Assistant (Amazon), you will manage and optimize our Amazon marketplace operations to drive growth and maintain account excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations in Amazon Seller Central (inventory, pricing, promotions, order processing)
Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
Optimize product listings to be accurate, SEO-friendly, and brand-aligned
Create and manage A+ Content to improve engagement and conversions
Handle case management via Seller Central support
Manage Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) operations
Oversee FBA & FBM logistics, inbound shipments, and restocking
Ensure Pan-EU pricing and listing parity across European marketplaces
Analyze Buy Box performance and implement strategies to improve win rate
Stay updated with Amazon algorithm changes and marketplace trends
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central metrics
Ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills (especially for Seller Support cases)
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
Strong work ethic in a remote environment
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms
Comfortable working independently and within a team
