Job Overview:

As a Front Office Executive at [Hotel Name], you will be the face of our establishment and the first point of contact for guests. Your role is to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally. You’ll manage the front desk, guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and provide information to enhance their stay. A key aspect is focusing on Guest Satisfaction and ensuring a Pleasant Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with Check-in and Check-out, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay.
  • Reservations: Handle reservations through multiple channels (phone, email, online platforms) and ensure that all booking details are accurate, providing detailed Booking Details.
  • Customer Assistance: Address guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and Local Attractions.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Billing and Payment: Manage billing processes, handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate Transaction Records.
  • Room Management: Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that rooms are ready for guest check-ins and report Maintenance Issues as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and requests, escalating issues to the Front Office Manager when necessary, and resolving them in a timely and professional manner, focusing on Timely Resolution.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure that guest and hotel security procedures are adhered to, including managing key control and monitoring guest access, vital for maintaining Hotel Security.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a 2 years star hotel.
  • Familiarity with additional local languages.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
