Role Objective

The HR Intern will support recruitment and HR operations while assisting with coordination and administrative activities, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a global creative agency functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources and Recruitment

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.

  • Support HR initiatives such as policy rollouts, engagement activities, and weekly team check-ins.

  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and performance updates.

Operations and Coordination

  • Maintain spreadsheets and trackers for tools, subscriptions, and marketing expenses.

  • Assist with finance coordination, including invoice reconciliation and vendor record management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Age up to 25 years.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with Instagram trends, engagement metrics, and social media platforms.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or experience in HR or administrative roles.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
