We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, reaching out to potential customers, and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers, introducing them to our real estate offerings (plots, flats, commercial spaces, etc.).
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and investment benefits.
• Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain and update the database with customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries, address concerns, and provide solutions effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through telephonic interactions and relationship building.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every call.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate, property sales, or willingness to learn.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using CRM software, databases, and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
