About the Role
Wootz Buildsys LLP is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in recruitment, site & office payroll processing, statutory compliance, and core HR operations. This role involves close coordination with project sites and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Hire for site staff, engineers, supervisors, labor workforce, and office employees.
Coordinate with project managers and site in-charges for manpower planning.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring closures.
Payroll Management (Site & Office)
Process monthly payroll for both site and office employees.
Manage attendance records, overtime calculations, salary advances, and deductions.
Coordinate with accounts for accurate salary disbursement.
Handle wage calculations for site workers.
Manage Full & Final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, BOCW, and other labor regulations.
Maintain statutory documentation and records.
Coordinate labor licenses, contractor compliance, and external site audits.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR database.
Issue HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and Warning Letters.
Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
Manage leave and attendance systems.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances at both site and office levels.
Conduct employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace discipline.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Construction Industry HR practices.
Hands-on experience in site payroll management.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software tools.
Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
