About the Role

Wootz Buildsys LLP is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in recruitment, site & office payroll processing, statutory compliance, and core HR operations. This role involves close coordination with project sites and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.

  • Hire for site staff, engineers, supervisors, labor workforce, and office employees.

  • Coordinate with project managers and site in-charges for manpower planning.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring closures.

Payroll Management (Site & Office)

  • Process monthly payroll for both site and office employees.

  • Manage attendance records, overtime calculations, salary advances, and deductions.

  • Coordinate with accounts for accurate salary disbursement.

  • Handle wage calculations for site workers.

  • Manage Full & Final settlements.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, BOCW, and other labor regulations.

  • Maintain statutory documentation and records.

  • Coordinate labor licenses, contractor compliance, and external site audits.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR database.

  • Issue HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and Warning Letters.

  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities.

  • Manage leave and attendance systems.

  • Support performance appraisal processes.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances at both site and office levels.

  • Conduct employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace discipline.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Construction Industry HR practices.

  • Hands-on experience in site payroll management.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software tools.

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)

  • Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
